Fulfillment
We use a 3rd party print-on-demand for our fulfillment services. It takes 2–7 business days to print our products. Our average shipping time is 4-5 business days depending on the order's destination. The pandemic isn't helping either :( Therefore, please allow up to two full weeks for delivery before hitting the panic button.

Returns
Calling Marcel uses a print-on-demand fulfillment service, and shipping is through a third-party. Therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We know this isn't always ideal, but all sales are final.
Washing
Wash your printed apparel inside out in order to extend the life of the graphic.
